All YouTube channel takes a lot of effort to produce high quality YouTube videos. But sometime these high quality videos does look so good in YouTube player, This is because of the aspect ratio and bit rate does not match to YouTube player.
Shoot your video at an aspect ration of 4:3 and use encoding bitrate of 800-1000. Also prefer using Apple Quick Time Pro for producing YouTube videos over the Windows Movie Maker for YouTube. windows Movie Maker use windows media codec which is not as good as Quicktime format MP4 or MOV.
