Good news for YouTube app users. Now you can download YouTube videos on your Android or iOS device using official app of YouTube. This feature was not present in previous version but recently YouTube has updated it and have added this feature.
It is very simple to download the video. Open the video which you want to download, click on download tab then it will show various resolution available for download, select the resolution and it will start downloading the video. You can see downloading process and downloaded video list in offline section .

This Feature is available only on Android and iOS. But There are certain limitation on it. You are not allowed to download movie and music videos for obvious reasons. Also you can watch your downloaded videos only in YouTube app. You can not play these videos on your movie player. Also you can not share these videos by Bluetooth or by anything.
There is no limitation on number of videos that you can download. You are allowed to take as many as videos to Offline section as long as you have memory available on your device.
